Catching Up!

There are soooo many cute/delicious or non-edible projects that I was going to post. Long ago. Like around Christmas time, and then areound Valentine's time, and then around Easter.... You get the picture. LOTS of projects and pictures that did not get posted. So this is just going to be a dump of all the things I wanted to post! :)

Lets go in chronological order, so October!
In October I made these DELICIOUS cupcakes! Sooooo good!

Spice Muffins!

I mixed a spice cake mix with a can of pumpkin and baked it! They were AMAZING! But wait! There's more! Then I cored those amazing cupcake (they were actually more dense, like muffins) and filled them with cheesecake! Sooo good! But that's not all! I made REAL whipped cream (like I took cream, and I whipped it) and piped it on top! And then I drizzled them with caramel! Why yes, I am a genius! ;) 

Yum! I miss these guys! 

Then came November... I made even MORE delicious cupcakes. They were devil's food cake! 

And again I put cheesecake in their centers.

My very cool cupcake corer! :)

I used the cupcake corer to cut out little pieces of cheesecake and then inserted that into the cupcake!

For the "frosting" I whipped cream and added cappuccino powder! Then I drizzled a little bit of chocolate syrup on top to make them all pretty!! 

The flavor combination on these was AMAZING!! :)

In December, my sisters made shortbread and then we all frosted them! :) 

The snowflakes all turned out beautiful! :) 

We also had other holiday related shapes. They turned out pretty cute too! 

But this little winter scene made out of cookies is my favorite!! :D 

Okay! I think that sums up the end of 2013!! :) Oh wait! No! Let me leave you with one last picture!! :D

Obviously I didn't get pictures of ALL the things I made around Christmas time..... I think we can come away from this post with the idea that I just make entirely way too many sweets!! :D
